Item 1: Introduction and minutes of previous meeting
1.1 Cymeradwyodd y Cabinet gofnodion y 7 Hydref / Cabinet approved the minutes of 7 October.
Item 2: First Minister's items
The UK Global Investment Summit
2.1 The First Minister informed Cabinet that she had attended the UK Global Investment Summit in London the previous day, which had been hosted by the Prime Minister. There had also been a round table discussion with the Chancellor of the Exchequer about investment opportunities within the UK, which explored opportunities and reasons to invest in the nations of the UK. In addition, the First Minister had held several meetings with potential investors.
The Council of Nations and Regions Summit
2.2 On Friday the previous week the First Minister had attended the first Council of Nations and Regions Summit in Edinburgh.
The Ireland-Wales Ministerial Forum
2.3 The First Minister advised Cabinet she would be attending the Ireland-Wales Ministerial Forum in Cork on Thursday.
Item 3: Senedd business
3.1 Cabinet considered the Plenary grid and noted that voting time was scheduled for around 6:45pm on Tuesday and around 6.25pm on Wednesday.
