Information requested

Thank you for your request which I received on 19 April 2022.  You asked for information on the total number of affordable dwellings recorded by Welsh Government on the Maes Rheithordy Estate, Penllyn, Cilgerran, SA43 2TZ.

Our Response

Following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you require is not held by the Welsh Government. Welsh Government has not provided funding to this development through the Social Housing Grant. Therefore, any information around the number of affordable dwellings on this development would be agreed and held by the Local Authority, in this case Ceredigion and their local planning authority.
