This report looks at visits to heritage sites, libraries and museums as well as the attendance and participation at arts events for April 2016 to March 2017.

It explores the characteristics of people who visit these places as well as the reasons given for not visiting. In addition, the report considers those who are satisfied with their visit. Further analysis looks at the factors associated with taking part in arts activities.
Main points
- 60% of adults had visited an arts event.
- 42% had visited a museum.
- 58% had attended a heritage site.
- 33% of adults visited libraries in Wales at least once a year.
