Original consultation
We want your views on amendments to the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015 and the Care and Support (Partnership Arrangements for Population Assessments) (Wales) Regulations 2015.
Consultation description
We are proposing:
- to change regional partnership board areas between Abertawe Bro Morgannwg and Cwm Taf health boards
- to clarify requirements for regional partnership boards to establish pooled funds in relation to care homes
- housing representation on regional partnership boards
- regional partnership boards to produce regional commissioning strategies in relation to care homes
- clarify the date when regional partnership boards must produce annual reports.
