We want your views on amendments to existing council tax legislation to reflect the introduction of the council tax premiums on long-term empty homes and second homes from 1 April 2017.
Consultation description
The Housing Act (Wales) 2014 gives local authorities powers to charge a council tax premium on long-term empty homes and second homes in their areas from 1 April 2017.
We are consulting on technical amendments to existing council tax legislation to enable local authorities to administer the council tax premiums.
