We want your views on improving the way we manage air and noise pollution.
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposed changes to the way local authorities and other public bodies in Wales manage air and noise pollution, which would:
- update the local air quality management regime established by the Environment Act 1995.
- improve the use of air and noise pollution data to shape the work of public bodies under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and Environment (Wales) Act 2016.
