The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Joint Adoption Arrangements) (Wales) (Amendment) Directions 2019 came into force on 1 October 2019, and amend the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Joint Adoption Arrangements) (Wales) Directions 2015.
