This is the latest release
The aims of this research were to:
- to ascertain the extent to which Accessible Housing Registers (and other matching systems) are used by social landlords in Wales
- to ascertain the benefits of these registers for disabled people who are trying to obtain suitable housing
- to identify any benefits for social landlords - and local authorities in their strategic role - from the registers.
The research was carried out between July 2012 and December 2012.
