Main points
- 77% of people are satisfied with their ability to access the services and facilities they need.
- 68% are satisfied that good services are available. Satisfaction with availability varies by settlement type.
- 17% of people feel they are able to take part in making decisions about how local services are run.
- 12% think that local people are asked their views before the local authority set its budget.
