Twinning Youth Exchange 2018 - Vale of Glamorgan Council

This project brought together young people from across Europe including Belgium, France and Germany in a week long exchange of cultures.
The young people from Wales were able to introduce their European peers to Welsh culture and heritage through a youth-led programme of activities and visits. A series of workshops engaged the young people in creating music, dance and art inspired by the different cultures.
Participants also learnt more about living with people from different backgrounds and being accountable for their actions.
The judges felt the project presented a set of exciting opportunities for young people to re-engage with the rich traditions of Welsh culture.
