This Government is committed to ensuring that every citizen in Wales has the opportunity to contribute to the social and economic life of Wales.  We all want a society where people are valued as individuals, where there is diversity and equality and respect for all.  In the Welsh Government, we are determined that, above all, that equality should be a fundamental consideration in the development of policy and budget priorities. orm the wider Welsh public sector’s understanding of equality considerations within its own future budgetary considerations.
