Explains how the Welsh Revenue Authority will manage the information we hold.

Following major flooding in the area surrounding our headquarters on 16 February 2020, here’s an update on how we’re managing information:

  • all our people are working at alternative secure locations temporarily  
  • all personal data held on paper files remained secured 
  • all hard copy tax returns and correspondence continue to be handled securely 
  • most of our records are held digitally and are therefore unaffected
