The Welsh Revenue Authority took part in the Civil Service People Survey for the first time in 2018.
The survey is a cross-government employee engagement survey. Each year, around 300,000 civil servants from 100 plus organisations take part.
The People Survey measures staff engagement. It's based on a series of standard questions defined by the Cabinet Office.
