How to resend your Government Gateway user ID

Resending your Government Gateway user ID for your WEFO Online account if you have forgotten it or if your account is locked.

Go to sign in to WEFO Online:

  • select Sign in
  • select I have forgotten my Government Gateway user ID
  • select No, recover my user ID and select Continue
  • enter your Email address and select Continue
  • enter the Confirmation code that has been emailed to you and select Confirm
  • enter your Password and select Continue
  • enter the Access code shown on the Authenticator app, Text message or Voice call and select Continue
  • Select Sign in
