Under the proposals, social partnership arrangements in Wales would be strengthened to provide a framework to drive greater social equality for Welsh workers.

The consultation, which ends on 2 January, includes proposals which would require public bodies to produce procurement strategies with community benefits and fair work at the centre. Under the proposals, public bodies would be required follow statutory guidance to prepare their strategies and to produce an annual report setting out how they have implemented their strategies.
