The Wales Infrastructure and Investment Plan (WIIP) aims to maximise Wales’ capital spending power. To pay for our infrastructure investments we will:
- use existing resources
- secure additional sources of funding
- use new innovative forms of finance
The WIIP informs and co-ordinates our investment decisions to maximise their impact and deliver long-lasting benefits for Wales.
