Good data helps people to make better and more informed decisions.

We hold property assets to allow our public sector organisations to achieve their corporate objectives. Property benchmarking provides a robust process for senior decision makers and estate managers to measure their property’s performance.

Good data helps people to make better and more informed decisions. The goal of this document is to bring transparency and consistency to the process by recommending a standardised set of indicators for use across public sector boundaries.

The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 requires Public bodies, listed in the Act, including the Welsh Government, to think more about the long-term, to work better with each other and take a more joined-up approach.
