This new body will include:

  • widening access.

David Pritchard, Programme Director, Welsh Government leads the team. Alongside David are Catrin Dowling (HR Lead), Becks Hawkins (Programme Manager) and Zoe Elston, Tania Jeynes and Emma Coles who manage the workstreams.

From 1 October, Dr Chris Jones will be appointed as the interim Chair, to guide the transition to the new body.

The Programme team is supported by a group of people from across the bodies affected by the change and other Welsh public sector bodies who make up the nine workstreams. These workstreams report to the Programme Board. The Programme Board is chaired by the Senior Responsible Officer – Andrew Goodall, Chief Executive, NHS Wales.
