This is a response to Estyn’s report which provides us with evidence on how well schools are addressing bullying based on pupils’ protected characteristics.

These characteristics include:

  • age
  • disability
  • gender reassignment
  • marriage and civil partnership
  • pregnancy and maternity
  • race
  • religion or belief
  • sex and
  • sexual orientation.
