This order will allow the stopping up of highway to create 12 flats comprising 3 x 2 bed flats and 9 x 1 bed flats in one 2 storey building, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the Council on 17 November 2016 with reference number P/15/847/FUL, with non-material amendments approved on 14 May 2018 with reference number P/18/286/NMA and on 7 November 2019 with reference number P/19/748/MNA.
