Former Plaid Cymru Deputy Minister for Housing and Regeneration
Jocelyn was brought up in Newbridge in Gwent and has a partner and three children. She was educated at Newbridge Grammar School and Gwent Tertiary College before studying law at Oxford University’s Harris-Manchester College.
In the Third Assembly Jocelyn was Plaid Cymru’s Deputy Minister for Housing and Regeneration. Her political interests include constitutional affairs, special educational needs and housing.
Since standing down from the Assembly Jocelyn is a member of the Children's Commissioner's Advisory Panel; a trustee of Care and Repair Cymru; a trustee of the Newbridge Memo charity; a director of Newbridge Memo Ltd; Ambassador for Welsh Women’s Aid and a member of Plaid Cymru’s Standards and Disciplinary Panel.
