The Supporting People programme aims to help and support vulnerable people to live independently.
We give funding to local authorities to spend on projects aimed at helping people to live in their own home or supported housing.
Projects can include:
- support to help prevent homelessness
- support to help people live independently
- support to help people live in their own home, hostel or sheltered housing
