This Order will stop up a length of highway for the construction of a residential development of 98 dwelling, comprising 37 affordable dwellings and 61 private dwellings with associated access, landscaping, drainage and associated works in the land adjacent to Beili Glas, Loughor, Swansea, SA4 6JE.
Works to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by the City and County of Swansea Council on 14 September 2021 with reference 2021/1820/FUL.
The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
