Review of the Evidence on Inequality in Wales

Bookmark and Share
  • Release date: 6 April 2017
It aims to provide a comprehensive and reliable source of information on the available evidence on outcomes for different groups of people.

The review used existing statistics and research ranging from routine annual data to results of international studies. It also highlights gaps in data and research.

The review does not discuss nor presents evidence of causality. It was beyond the scope of this exercise to further analyse or investigate the relationships between socio-economic status and poverty, or cover existing evidence gaps.

This is the second edition of the Review of the Evidence on Inequality in Wales, first published in 2014.
