Paying the Price of Being Poor looks at what should be done to help low income households who are penalised simply because they do not have buying power.
This research was funded through the Welsh Assembly Government's New Ideas Fund and was undertaken by The Bevan Foundation.  The report examines the 'price of being poor' and finds that low income households face extra costs for fuel, financial services and education.
