Evaluation of the effectiveness of Community Housing Agreements

Community Housing Agreements are voluntary agreements between local authorities and Registered Social Landlords.
They were promoted as an effective way for them to work in partnership to achieve strategic objectives. This research evaluates the extent to which they achieved this aim. It also considers how they could be developed to enable better partnership working.
