Boxers from Newport sound out their relationships

In early 2023 we enlisted a ‘Sound Squad’ of Welsh men to give us key insight in to how they think and feel, how they live their lives, what motivates them, and what they understand about healthy relationships.

The men of St Joseph’s Boxing Gym have been there from the beginning, helping us shape and create Sound, and now fronting up the movement to encourage men to start talking about healthy relationships.  

Watch as the group use their space to have open conversations with each other about negative behaviour patterns, positive masculinity and finding safe spaces to talk with other men.
