Coronavirus (COVID-19):
Looking out for each other safely

We know things aren’t normal at the moment, but together we can get through this and we will all get to hug our loved ones soon.

For now, we need to look after ourselves during this lockdown and we can help you do this. We have tips on how you can keep busy, practice some meditation and tips on how to keep the kids entertained. We all have good and bad days and doing the little things like having a cup of tea or going outside for a walk can really make a difference.

If you’re feeling well, are under 70, not pregnant, or do not have any health conditions and want to help in your community. Great! We need more people to help others in Wales.
