We have put extraordinary procedures in place to make sure the ReAct and Access programmes continue. Our teams are working from home and are not in a position to accept or process paper forms. We are able to accept digital application and claim forms.

Offering a job to someone who's been unemployed for 2 years or less - Access

How to apply

You can contact the ReAct or Access teams for advice on completing forms. You should send the completed forms with scanned copies of any supporting evidence to reactenquiries@gov.wales or accessprogramme@gov.wales.

All applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You will receive an email with our decision within 10 working days.

Instead of meeting a new recruit face-to-face to complete the form, you should send them a digital version. The ‘employee details’ section can be completed separately.

Claims for payments

ReAct

The first payment can be claimed once the new recruit has been in employment for 13 weeks. If this date falls during the period of disruption, please contact the ReAct team at reactenquiries@gov.wales. We will send you a digital version of the claim form and instructions on how to make a claim.

When you are ready to make a claim, you should complete the form we sent you, scan it and send it to the ReAct team with supporting evidence. You can also contact the ReAct team if you need digital versions of the forms at reactenquiries@gov.wales.

You should keep hard copies of any claim forms we’ve sent you as we may need these once the period of disruption has ended.

We may contact you to provide further information or evidence to support your claim once normal business has resumed.

Access
