Carys Jones: Rhayader Church in Wales Primary School, Rhayader
Carys’s mantra is “Everybody needs to work together to make things work for every child”.
She works tirelessly with colleagues, families, and external agencies to provide the best support for vulnerable pupils in the school and achieve this aim.
She understands the needs of individual pupils and supports them in ‘Y Nyth’, the nurturing base she has established in the school.
Carys puts her heart and soul into her job and helps pupils grow into more independent young adults ready to move on to secondary education.
