Sandra has a visible presence around the school site and is adept at getting the very best out of all her teams.
Sandra involves pupils, asking for their opinions and involves them in the decision making. As a result, the installation of new netball and tennis courts, the relocation of sixth form facilities, and grants to purchase music equipment have been secured and achieved by Sandra’s hard work.
She is the glue of the leadership team, bringing everyone together with the key focus on her school's improvement.
