Nigel is an exceptional role model for young people and always tries to bring the best out of them. He is passionate about ensuring young people are supported in a way that they will engage with and that meets their needs.

Where learners have been disengaged with education, Nigel has empowered them to recognise their skills and strengths, providing guidance and support which has led to improved attendance, health, wellbeing and attainment.

His experience of working closely with young people has proved invaluable in providing bespoke sessions for learners. He has turned around the lives of so many vulnerable learners and given them the opportunity to succeed.
