Meurig’s leadership skills are exceptional, and he uses his energy, enthusiasm and determination to promote Welsh medium education and to make a difference to current and future learners.

Meurig has the special gift of encouraging collaboration at all levels and building strong teams capable of driving improvement across all areas. He invests valuable time in learners, promoting a community of respect and encourages learners to be ambitious, creative and enterprising. 

‘Nid da lle gellir gwell’ is his own personal motto and this encapsulates his assertiveness to ensure that everyone strives to achieve their best and to always aim higher.
