Holly is an inspiration and a mentor to other staff. She works incredibly hard to connect with each pupil she teaches and understands their very specific additional learning needs.
She is dedicated to designing learning experiences around each pupil, and within two months of starting her role at the school has transformed her class of 13 students.
Holly has built valuable relationships with the parents of her class, providing outstanding support to families. For an individual so early on in their career to lead such a large team is truly outstanding.
