Carolyn is a highly inspirational, dedicated, caring, inclusive, and compassionate teacher who is adored by pupils, colleagues, parents and the wider community of Ysgol Bryn Elian.
Carolyn oversees the resource base attached to Ysgol Bryn Elian, which enables learners with severe learning difficulties to access mainstream education.
She communicates very regularly with parents and shows outstanding care for the pupils she supports. In her classroom, she uses a multi-sensory approach, and has launched amazing provisions and facilities over the past few years.
