Gemma Carr Evans

Gemma is held in very high esteem for her truly unique approach to promoting collaboration ensuring that everyone feels an integral part of the process, making everyone feel special. She oversees the innovative collaboration with Pencoed Comprehensive School and Bridgend College, forging ways to ensure post 16 learners get access to high-quality vocational and academic provision. 

Gemma also co-ordinates a Junior Apprenticeship Programme, a partnership between Bridgend College and local secondary schools and a twilight provision bringing together 180 pupils from various local schools. Everyone feels valued and cared for, saying that she tirelessly goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcomes for the learners.
