Construction consultancy (Property)

Following the annulment of this procurement process, our customer focus group (CFG) met on 1 April to agree a way forward.

We are now exploring the suitability of a dynamic purchasing system and will be consulting with the market and our wider customers shortly.

We hope to have a new arrangement in place during the summer.

If you have an interest in this area and would like to be involved, please email NPSProfesionalservices@gov.wales

Details of our meet the buyer events are below:

Date: Thursday 2 May
Time: 14:00 – 16:00
Location: Welsh Government office, Llandudno Junction

Date: Tuesday 7 May
Time: 12:00 – 14:00
Location: Welsh Government office, Bedwas

We are limiting the invitation to one per organisation.

Construction consultancy

Our infrastructure and estates, facilities and additional services frameworks are due to expire in autumn 2019. In light of the new work for the property agreement, we are extending each of these agreements for 6 months. It is possible to extend this further if this meets customers needs.
