Temporary worker framework – pension charges

From the 6 April 2019 the government is increasing the Pensions Auto-Enrolment employer contribution charge from 2% to 3% for all workers in the UK. This will be also be applied to the pay rate of temporary workers.

These changes will be applied to framework rates by the suppliers operating under this agreement.

NPS-PSU-0091-18 – occupational health and associated services

The renewal tender process for this framework closed in December 2018. Final award letters have been issued to Providers.

We will advise Customers of the outcome and provide Customer Guidance documents in early March.

The new framework will commence 1 April 2019. A framework launch CFG will be arranged for April/May (dates to follow).

NPS employee benefits framework

Following the 12-month extension, this framework will expire on December 6 2019.

A CFG has been arranged for Thursday 28 March at 10am-12.30pm in Bedwas and Llandudno Junction offices for stakeholders to discuss the new framework which will be re-tendered later this year.
