NPS media buying services framework

We have developed a customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback on the performance of our supplier, Golley Slater. In this brief survey we are seeking your feedback to understand their performance and to inform ongoing contract management meetings.

Your input to the survey is vital and we would appreciate your feedback to ensure continuous improvement throughout the term of the agreement.

Take the survey. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and the feedback will be provided to our supplier in April.
