If you are targeting pelagic species which are subject to quota, the pelagic landing obligation will apply to you and all the catch quota species you catch.
This is part of the Common Fisheries Policy landing obligation.
You will need to understand and adhere to the pelagic landing obligation rules.
Please note that in Wales we perform both the management and enforcement roles. In England, these are undertaken by DEFRA and the Marine Management Organisation.
