If you’ve already registered you can:
- update your application details
- arrange childcare dates and times with your chosen childcare providers
- apply for a new child
You must confirm if you or your household partner’s details or circumstances change. For example, change of job or benefits.
Only use this service to manage applications for funded childcare which begins on or after 1 January 2023. For childcare provided before 1 January 2023 contact your Family Information Service.
You should already have a Government Gateway user name ID and password.
Use your existing Government Gateway account. Do not create another account.
Before you start
Childcare providers cannot sign in to this account. They need to sign in to their provider Childcare Offer Wales account.
