You must confirm your continued eligibility for the Childcare Offer for Wales each term. We will send you a reminder to do this to your registered email address.
You must sign in to your account and do one of the following actions:
- confirm there are no changes to your circumstances
- update your details to reflect your current circumstances
Parents who do not take action before the deadline will be asked to provide evidence of continued eligibility.
Proving your eligibility
We contact a sample of parents each term to ask for proof of continued eligibility. You must upload evidence to your online account when asked. You do not need to re-upload your child's birth certificate.

How to upload evidence to your account
- sign in to your Childcare Offer for Wales account
- select 'Tell us about a change to your details' from your account dashboard
- select 'Change' to update any details that have changed since you first applied
- proceed to the 'Upload documents' section
- select 'Change' to upload new evidence documents
