We conducted a rapid evidence assessment (REA) of the literature on the relation between educational resourcing and various outcomes.

Of nearly 4,000 abstracts assessed, 60 studies were identified and synthesised using systematic REA methods. Overall, the evidence suggests that there is a small positive association between educational inputs (such as per-pupil expenditure) and attainment.
