This report is designed to inform future decisions in relation to embedding quality systems within advice and information in Wales.

Objectives

  • Map existing quality standards relating to information an advice on welfare rights, debt and financial capability, discrimination and housing issues amongst advice and information providers in Wales.
  • Propose possible options for implementing a set of common quality standards relating to the provision of information and advice in these areas.

The study was carried out in four phases, presented in detail in the main report of this publication.
