The research provides an overview of the capacity and capabilities of local authorities with regard to digital, data and technology.
The research methodology involved interviews with all 22 local authorities, coupled with self assessments of their digital maturity.
The report demonstrates where progress has been made and makes recommendations on where the efforts could be focussed in the future.
