This report looks to measure public awareness and opinions of their Community of Town Council. Specifically, the research looks to:
- determine awareness of the existence and responsibilities of a Community or Town Council
- measure engagement with the Council through the proportion of citizens who have made contact with the council
- assess satisfaction with the work of the council.
