We want your views on proposals to extend the FAP scheme to include domestic fisheries offences.
Consultation description
We are consulting on proposals to:
- extend the FAP scheme to breaches of domestic fisheries offences
- increase the maximum FAP for common fisheries policy and domestic offences from £4,000 to £10,000
These measures will bring Welsh regulation into line with other UK fisheries administrations.
