I am today launching a consultation on the future arrangements for the Welsh Government's Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights Grants Programme for 2013 – 2016.
There have been many changes since the launch of the Advancing Equality Fund and Inclusion Grant in 2010 and the new grants framework needs to reflect and respond to the changed environment in which we now live.
We are undertaking this consultation at a time of great challenge, with unprecedented pressure on public money. We want to hear the views of the third sector and others interested organisations and individuals to ensure that our equality, inclusion and Human Rights grant funding for 2013-16 can deliver the best outcomes.
