The report from the Commission on Public Service Governance and Delivery, led by Sir Paul Williams, proposes a wide-ranging and important set of reforms to public services. The Welsh Government welcomes the Commission’s report, which, together with the reports from the Commission on Devolution in Wales led by Paul Silk, provides a strong foundation for improving public services and outcomes for people across Wales.
I have therefore established a new Ministerial Task and Finish Group to lead the development and delivery of a new reform agenda, which will cover our responses to the reports from both Commissions. The Terms of Reference for the Group are attached and will be published on the Welsh Government website. I will make further announcements on this new reform agenda before the summer recess.
