Purpose of the survey
We want to gather views on people’s experiences of day services to understand what is working well and where improvements may be needed. This will help us to share best practice and ensure we’re addressing the most pressing issues.
In March 2024, the Association of Directors of Social Services published a review into day opportunities and respite or short breaks services. We have based the questions in this survey on the findings and recommendations made in the report.
